Submitting a dealer application does not automatically grant authorized dealer status. Each application is carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with our brand standards, customer experience expectations, and long-term partnership goals. Approved applicants will be contacted directly by a member of the STELLAR team.

 

Authorized Dealer Requirements

To be considered for Authorized STELLAR Dealer status, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:

  • Be located and operating within the United States, serving U.S.-based customers.
  • Agree to comply with all STELLAR dealer policies, pricing guidelines, and brand standards provided upon acceptance.
  • Employ knowledgeable, trained staff capable of educating customers on firearm features, applications, and proper use.
  • Maintain active relationships as an approved dealer with other reputable manufacturers within the firearms or defense industry.
  • Operate from a commercial retail location with a dedicated showroom, open during standard business hours, and/or maintain a professional, full-service e-commerce website.
  • Present the business as primarily focused on the shooting sports, tactical, or defense market.
  • Third-party marketplace resellers are not permitted.
