    The Technician Complete Rifle brings together Stellar precision and factory-ready functionality into a single drop-in platform. Starting with the Technician 16” complete upper — mid-length gas, match-quality 16” 5.56 NATO barrel, M16 nitride BCG, Mil ambidextrous charging handle, and Stellar V6 muzzle device — we pair it to a matched lower and fit it with premium furniture for an out-of-the-box shooter experience.


    Designed for trainers, competitors, and operators who want consistent performance without the assembly time, the Technician rifle includes the rigid Stellar Anglelock free-float handguard with M-LOK slots and a dedicated continuous top rail for optics. Ergonomics are handled by the industry-trusted B5 Systems Bravo stock and the P22 ergonomic pistol grip for confident control. The ELF Tactical SE drop-in adjustable trigger gives a clean, repeatable break that translates to better shots and less follow-up correction.


    Every Technician Complete Rifle ships torque-verified, function-checked with an inspection card, and serialized with Stellar’s LEGACY Certificate of Conformity. Optics-ready and range-proven — this is a true drop-in complete rifle built to perform.
