Compliance with Laws:

Firearms, lower receivers, and certain accessories are regulated by federal, state, and local laws. By purchasing such items, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age.

• You are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms or related products.

• All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer. It is your responsibility to provide a valid FFL for the transfer.

• You will complete all required background checks and comply with applicable regulations prior to taking possession.

Restrictions:

Stellar Arms reserves the right to cancel orders that violate applicable law or are not shippable due to local restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
• Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

• Firearms: Must be shipped to a verified FFL dealer of your choosing. We cannot ship firearms directly to individuals.
• Accessories and Apparel: These may be shipped directly to your provided address.
• Shipping Times: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, compliance verifications, or carrier issues.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except for firearms which transfer at the FFL dealer upon successful transfer.

We only ship within the United States and do not ship to jurisdictions where our products are prohibited.

• Firearms and Receivers: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
• Non-Firearm Products: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Stellar Arms firearm.

• Lifetime Warranty Coverage: Every Stellar Arms firearm is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser.
• What’s Covered: Defects in manufacturing, materials, and craftsmanship under normal use and maintenance.
• What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or use of non-standard ammunition.
• Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support at [email protected] with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the firearm for evaluation.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized use.

All content, including text, images, logos, product designs, and software on the Site are owned by or licensed to Stellar Arms and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

• The Site and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• Stellar Arms disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where specifically stated (such as the Lifetime Warranty on firearms).
• We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Stellar Arms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products.
• Stellar Arms’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

  Firearms and firearm components must be handled and used safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and safety guidelines. Stellar Arms shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper handling, unauthorized modifications, negligent use, or failure to follow proper firearm safety practices. violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or regulation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stellar Arms, its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of any product purchased through this Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or regulation.
